From Graduate to Boardroom: Stepping into the CEO’s shoes

At Scyne, early-career potential meets real executive access. Following his award as Scyne Graduate of the Year, Antony Cameron, a Senior Associate in our Transformation practice, joined John Ball, our CEO for an immersive day at the helm of the business.
Across this short video series, Antony unpacks how strategic decisions are made, the value of asking big questions early in your career, and how Scyne fosters transparent leadership from day one.
Watch each short video for an insider’s look into a day in the executive suite.
On Tuesday 12 May, Scyne's first ever graduate cohort, the 2025 group, celebrated its own graduation following the completion of the one-year Graduate Program.
55 graduates have now moved into associate roles across Scyne's three practices - Transformation; Risk, Programs and Cyber; and Commercial, Finance and Infrastructure, along with our Corporate Services team.
Marking the career milestone, the 2025 cohort also participated in the inaugural Scyne Graduate Values Awards. The Awards recognise the exceptional talent and dedication of our graduates who truly embody the spirit of Scyne throughout the year and includes the prize of a day shadowing our CEO, John Ball.
The Graduate Program has built on this success in 2026, with an increased cohort of 70 who have all been deployed on client work across the business. Demand continues to grow with over 2,300 applications received for the 2027 cohort.
A huge congratulations again to all of our 2025 Graduates!
