Chris is a senior healthcare executive who has 25 years’ experience in the health, pharmaceuticals and life sciences industry across Asia Pacific bringing a blend of health system operational expertise as a clinician and executive, health software expertise as a chief strategy officer and executive, and advisory expertise as a consultant.
Chris specialises in large scale digitally enabled transformations, corporate and business strategy and operating model design and implementation, clinical service redesign and operational performance and productivity.

Fiona Copp

Federal Health and Social Services Lead
Fiona leads Scyne's Federal Health practice, bringing over two decades of specialised experience in large-scale, complex government programs. Over the past five years, Fiona has collaborated extensively with the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing, successfully delivering some of the most complex initiatives within the federal health landscape. This includes pivotal programs such as the COVID-19 Vaccine Rollout, the Medicare Urgent Care Clinic Rollout, the 1800MEDICARE program, and other significant digital health advancements.
