Scyne’s 2025 Graduate cohort celebrates milestone

Scyne's first ever graduate cohort, the 2025 group, celebrated its own graduation following the completion of the one-year Graduate program.

55 graduates from 2025 have now moved into associate roles across Scyne's three practices – Transformation; Risk, Programs and Cyber; and Commercial, Finance and Infrastructure as demand continues to grow for its services, and into our Corporate Services team.

Marking the career milestone, the 2025 cohort recently participated in the inaugural Scyne Graduate Values Awards. The Awards recognise the exceptional talent and dedication of our graduates who truly embody the spirit of Scyne throughout the year and includes a prize of a day shadowing the CEO.

The graduate program has built on this success in 2026, with an increased grad cohort of 70, all of whom have been deployed on client work across the business. Scyne has also seen strong demand for graduate places for its 2027 cohort, with more than 2,300 applications received so far.

  • The 2025 intake comprised 58 graduates who were strategically deployed across Australia.
  • The graduate program spans 12 months, featuring a variety of workshops designed to foster continuous learning and skill development.  
  • Their work is specifically focused on delivering impactful solutions for government and public purpose clients.
  • While graduates are aligned with a specific practice within Scyne, they gain valuable experience working across all three practices through the diverse range of projects they contribute to.
  • The entire Scyne business is committed to supporting our new graduates and their development. During their first week, they receive direct insights and guidance from the company’s senior leaders, setting a strong foundation for their careers.
  • Scyne has just been shortlisted as a finalist in The Early Careers Award Category at the Talent Acquisition and Talent Tech Awards.
